A day to remember! Drew is a nice salesman. Not overbearing or pushy - worked with my demands and answered all my questions. Within 30 minutes I had price, first offer from the sales manager, no haggle... did I say "GREAT price" for my 2013 Camaro RS California Edition! They listened to me and made the experience enjoyable. I'm telling all my friends about Folsom Chevy and the great negotiation experience with Drew and Charles!

Ed was fantastic to work with! He listened to what we wanted and didn't try and convince us into a car that wouldn't work for us. We told him what we were looking for and our price range and he took us to the perfect car which we ended up purchasing. He wasn't pushy and he let us take our time and look at everything. Charles was also fantastic to work with and was able to make the numbers work. I'm very glad that we ended up purchasing from this dealership. When we were all done they helped us unload our old car into the new one and even took off my license plate cover from my old car, washed it, and installed it on my new one. I'm a very happy customer!
I really hate buying cars at dealership. But I must admit this has been the most painless experience I have ever had. Got price quote through internet and they started working on everything as I was driving up there. Very fast, efficient, friendly service!!

Purchased 2009 convertable Camaro from Folsom Chevrolet. And marty neefe. Very good experience so we came back. We found a tahoe at another dealership but our experience with Marty and Folsom Chev brought us back and Marty said he would get the car at Sullivan Chev for us . Marty is the reason we came here because of the Camaro experience. His freindliness and knowledge of the Chevy product is worth his weight in gold. Would recomend Folsom Chev and Marty to anyone and we would come back again for our next auto.
Charlie was the first person we spoke to and he was very attentive to our needs and our sensitivities to certain options and overall payment. Nick was a great steward showing us the various features of the vehicle, without overselling. He was converstional, explained the process in detail so our expectations were set appropriately, and was nice and entertaining to our daughter who was with us during the purchase. While the process is lengthy, and is expected, the end result was very close to our ideal situation. We ended up with payment close to where we wanted to be, and a car that surpased our expectations. Nick and Charlie were great!
After searching and dealing with multiple dealerships, Folsom Chevy, Sean Sullivan who sold both vehicles to me provided great service when purchasing my new 2011 Silverado 4wd crew cab & my 2009 Chevy awd Traverse. I had occasion yesterday to stop into your dealership to pick up a part that was waiting for me. Upon my arrival at the door nearest Parts, I was greeted very politely and cordially by a young man named Timothy Clay. Much to my surprise, after Timothy discovered that I was there only for parts, and not in the market to purchase a new vehicle, he remained courteous, friendly, and helpful. In all the years that I have had need to go to any car dealer, this is the first time I have experienced such wonderful treatment. He, as well as the rest of your staff I'm sure, are to be commended on this behavior. The usual response of the sales staff at other dealers, is to ignore the customer, if they are not in the market to buy. After being taken care of expediently and graciously at the parts counter, to further astonish me, young Timothy greeted me at the door on my way out, made sure I had the part I wanted, and then, helped me into my vehicle!! At no time did I ever get the impression that I was being "patronized", to the contrary, he truly appeared sincere in all that he did.
I must add that this is not the first time I have been treated in this manner at Folsom Chevrolet. My husband and I also had a wonderful experience back in May, when we bought our new Chevy Cruze from Marty. Believe me, it is truly refreshing to find a store in your industry that behaves in this manner to those who choose to visit.

First of all, this testimonial is very late (some months). Right after this happened I left on deployment and am just now getting established.
I just wanted to let the management at Folsom Chevy and all their employees and customers know that they have an asset and an ally in the customer service department in Chad (I wish I could recall his last name, and I don't have his card here) at the service department. Just before I was set to deploy I was having my header and downpipe replaced because the folks that installed it prior did a horrendous job. Chad immediately noticed how bad the original job was done and without hesitating asked me who had done it and called them right up. After the header and downpipe were replaced correctly, the exhaust no longer was aligned right. Chad, unwilling to accept this, was able to get the shop that incorrectly installed my stuff in the first place to correct the exhaust misalignment for free. All of this without any pushing from me. He knew what had to be done to make things right and did it. All the while keeping me informed of what was going on almost hourly. All of that would have been very stressful to take on myself with having to potentially leave a non-functional car with my fiancee as I flew here. He lifted a great weight off my shoulders and reaffirmed why we only use Folsom Chevy. Because of Chad and the other folks we've met there, we will always shop at, get service at, and recommend Folsom Chevy. BTW, we live in Roseville (3 miles from John Sullivan Chevy and 30-45 minutes from Folsom Chevy) but don't mind the drive--$4 gas or not! Thanks Chad, and sorry again for this being so late.

I feel like a kid with a new bike... I had no idea that having a new truck would have such a deep impact on how I feel. The whole thing is totally awesome...and I am so glad that you will remain a part of our lives in the history of wherever the truck takes us. Your warmth and energy made what could have been a nightmare , well it was a nightmare.. till you showed up and turned it into a happy adventure. And for that ...never mind the truck....I will be forever grateful!

My 2004 Vette had a very unique and tough proiblem to diagnose and resolve. Sandy in service stayed on the problem and did not let it die. His followup and eventual help in resolving my tranny problem was the best I have seen...And I have been to the other in the area!!! He went the extra mile to include noticing some items I hadnt realized and made sure they were addressed. FIRST CLASS FOLKS! Thanks Sandy! Ill be back with my friends!

He was very down to earth and helped us find the Tahoe we needed.
